Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight and some areas of Cornwall will be subject to an extra shipping charge - we will contact you after your order is placed to advise this charge prior to despatch. Goods can be returned to us within 14 days. This is at the buyers expense (unless the goods are faulty or damaged). Items made to order may include a restocking fee, get in touch if you would like to discuss prior to ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most types of card payments, PayPal, Google & Apple Pay etc. We can also accept bank transfer if you call us to arrange. We also can accpet payment via Klarna if you wish to split payments.

If you are a business looking to set up an account then please contact us and we can send you an account application. We can offer credit accounts (once vetted) or on a pro-forma basis. We supply numerous multi-national and larger organisations as well as SME's.

How can I track my order?
Get in touch if you need tracking details and we will provide these once the order is collected. In most cases our carriers will text you to inform you of an impending delivery. What if my order arrives damaged?
Occasionaly but rarely, goods may get damaged in transit or by an over enthusiatic delivery driver. We use reputable delivery companies only to prevent this. However, if you do have a problem, please get in touch with us. Our team will rectify the solution asap and resolve any issues to get you sorted with a replacement.
