Standard Lead Time
We work with a number of national carriers to provide fast and efficient delivery. Our delivery dates are Monday - Friday and the standard lead time is 2-3 working days although most deliveries are completed within 48 hours (unless specified on the product page e.g. Cloth Shopping Baskets, Rivet Racking etc.).
In the rare instance that you have not received your goods within 3 days, please call our Customer Care Team on 01430 410 450 and we will rectify the situation.
Mainland UK Pricing
We do not profit on delivery costs and keep our prices low by not incorporating delivery charges into the products. Costs are as below:
- Carriage is £9.95 (+VAT) on any order UK Mainland Deliveries (see mainland exclusions in point 3) up to £100 (+VAT), then £15 (+VAT) up to £200 (+VAT)
- Orders over £200 (+VAT) we add 7.5% Delivery charge dependant on the NET Value of your order - UK Mainland Deliveries (see mainland exclusions in point
Non-Mainland UK Pricing
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight and some areas of Cornwall will be subject to an extra shipping charge - we will contact you after your order is placed to advise this charge prior to despatch. Please call 01430 410450 prior to placing an order for a price.
We can provide a 24hr delivery service but we would advise that your order would need to be placed before 11am with our Office Team to guarantee next day. Prices are on application and can be arranged by calling our Customer Care Team on 01430 410 450 (Office open Mon-Fri 8am - 5.30pm)
We endeavor to provide delivery notifications whenever possible but unfortunately some of our carriers do not provide this service. Please ensure you leave a mobile number in your order contact details so that the carrier can contact you if possible.
We would also advise that you have someone on your premises to receive and sign for your order. Please take this into consideration when you place your order.
Our carriers operate between 9am and 5:30pm; if you are not able to accept delivery within this time frame then you must get in touch with us. For smaller deliveries, our carriers will usually attempt to try and redeliver and leave a calling card. However, for larger items and palletised goods, you must ensure somebody is available during these hours otherwise you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
Where possible we try and package goods conveniently and economically, however, for larger order and items we may have to pallet your order. Again, we would ask you to keep this in consideration and contact us regarding any potential delivery restrictions. Pallet deliveries are a kerb side delivery service only.
If you are local or passing by, it is possible to arrange collection from our East Yorkshire based Distribution Centre. In order to arrange collection, you will need to call us on 01430 410 450 to place your order and confirm a collection time and collection reference. As our Distribution Centre is a working warehouse, prior booking is mandatory.
Export Delivery - Non UK
This may or may not be possible, (depending on the product and destination). Alternatively, we could possibly allow your carriers/shipping company to arrange collection from our National Distribution Centre. Please contact us for shipping prices and confirmation prior to ordering 01430 410 450.
